You won't get a decent customer service from this company. The other day we booked to rent a van from them,we asked what time they closed and they said 5 oclock. My wife phoned and said we would be there by 5, I arrived at 3 minutes to 5 and was told that they were closed and I couldn't take the van until the following morning at 8. I have rented off this company for 35 years and I pointed out that as they did know me all I had to do was sign one sheet (which I have done on many occasions)and drive the van away (I had agreed to pay on returning the van) the owner said it was too late and walked off without looking back...on returning the van I tackled him about his attitude and he said it's my business ,I can do what I want... It's a real poor act and they have now lost an old customer -it seems they are not interested in their customer service at all...........note bene*

This is one of the best places in Birmingham to hire with, thay are a very friendly family company with low rates and a realy nice selection of cars from fords to vectors and littel moden kas. I have used them nearly every month for the last 3 years. All i can say is try the best befor you try the rest. From Richard Simcox.
